HOW DO I REFILL?
Never used a refill shop before? Don't worry, it's just a few easy steps! If you get stuck then just ask our team who will be happy to help you. If you don't have any containers handy then help yourself to a clean container from our donations box or pick up one of our paper bags (made from recycled paper) to fill. These bags can be added to your compost at home.
CONTAINER
Grab a clean container. It doesn't need to be fancy, we've seen it all! From jam jars to old ice cream tubs, as long as its clean and dry.
TARE
When you arrive simply pop your container on the scales and print the label with the container weight.
fill
Fill your jar with whatever you fancy - from pasta to rice, coffee, dried fruit, nuts and seeds.
weigh & pay
Pop your filled container back on the scales, scan the barcode label, print the new price label and pay.
