ALLERGEN POLICY
As the majority of our food is packaging free, nearly all allergens can be found in store. This may be the product itself or traces due to the manufacturing/transportation process.
To try to limit any cross contamination we use different scoops/funnels and dispensers for the main allergens of NUTS and GLUTEN FREE products. We further try to limit any contamination in the store room by keeping the products apart, but they are not in completely different areas due to space.
If you suffer from a minor allergy or intolerance, then please ask at the till for a designated funnel/scoop. Unfortunately we have to advise that if you suffer from a life threatening allergy, you should continue to buy your products with packaging from other stores.
HYGIENE POLICY
We ensure all of our dispensers are filled in a hygienic environment and washed before use. They are also taken out of circulation and washed in between refills or different batch numbered products.
Please ensure that your own containers are completely clean and dry before filling them in store. We cannot take responsibility for any product once it has been taken out of our containers. We also cannot put any products back into a dispenser from a customers container for hygiene reasons.
On all dispensers you will see the Best Before End Date for each product. Please take note of this for your own records.
Any further ingredients, nutritional information and any cooking instructions can be obtained at the till if required.
